Catherine spent ten years working as an actress and producer until the pandemic forced a change of direction.  With the theatres closed she got a job at Majestic Wines, began training with WSET and the rest, as they say, is history.

 

Henry has worked for years in hospitality and has seen first hand the issues and challenges facing establishments today.  With hospitality also closing its doors during the pandemic Henry worked as a labourer and apprentice for various trades, an experience which is now paying dividends.

 

The siblings decided to join forces and Off The Wall Drinks was born.  Their 'wacky walls of booze’, as they call them, are a product of their varied backgrounds and experiences.
