Catherine worked as an actress and producer for ten years. She then went on to train with WSET to gain qualifications in wine and spent time working for Majestic Wines. Catherine has previously run production company, Fabricate Productions Limited. As no stranger to the logistics of large scale events as well as a love for the arts, Catherine brings this unique perspective and creativity to the role.

Henry has worked for years in hospitality as well as working as an apprentice for various trades, an experience which is now paying dividends while he works on the company's tap walls. Work that has now earned him the title of ‘Wall Man’ from Catherine.

Tom is a serial entrepreneur and inventor. He was Managing Director of Raymond A Lamb Limited for over ten years and has subsequently worked as Director of R&D and product development for ThermoFisher. He then went on to start Pyramid Innovation Ltd in 2013 and was Managing Director for almost ten years before the company was sold in 2021. Tom has an advisory role within the business focusing on innovation and business strategy.

Rosie is an artist, illustrator and potter. She is the in-house artist for Off The Wall Drinks and creates original pieces for the events arm of the company as well as designs for marketing materials.
